Monique’s path to becoming a leading voice in financial literacy is as unique as it is inspiring.

Certified in NLP at a young age, she began her career as a fashion design instructor at the prestigious Richard Robinson Academy while simultaneously rising to the top ranks of NuSkin, earning the title of Blue Diamond. During that time, she trained alongside Tony Robbins, developing a passion for mindset, motivation, and personal growth.

Her career took a powerful turn when she became a certified Microsoft Trainer, working closely with the global tech giant for over 20 years—sharing stages and strategy sessions with Bill Gates himself. This rare blend of technology, education, and human development set the stage for her next chapter.

For the past two decades, Monique has served as a trusted mortgage agent and financial coach, helping families make sense of money, break free from debt, and build the future of their dreams.
She is also the author of two bestselling books.
